Thai s are known for their hospitality and I respect them so much, but this hotel is a real shame. Since I had booked the hotel for 5 days and paid the entire amount, I did not want to cancel the room. A bit faded from its former glory, the accommodations are suitably clean and in good repair. The staff were all very helpful and efficient. Wi-fi was free which is essential for my travels. Great special room rate for time of year and with recent flooding. I d return at this rate and for this service. Ciao." |

They said it was already given to someone else so we had to upgrade our room by paying extra. The new room was with a good view but the additional charge was not necessary." |

What was not so good was that my safety box was out of order, I asked for someone to fix it for me. After all, I have paied for it and it s a matter of security. I was promissed that the safety should be fixed the same afternoon, never happend. I have been in Thailand a number of times and know that it is to no use to get upset.
