Unfortunately it was raining for 3 out of the 4 days spent there, but the day of sun was magnificent! Lay at the beautiful infinity pool, jumped into the sea straight from hotel, what a great day.The location is quite far up Chaweng beach... I did choose this location because of the fireworks that go off the whole night in the centre part of Chaweng beach, which means you don t sleep. This also means that you do have to take taxi/tuk tuks if you want to go to the main part. But if you re lying at the pool, you don t have to move a muscle. The hotel was about 10 mins walk to the town center which was just about right for tranquility when needed.The only downside was there is no sandy beach in front of the resort for Deck Chairs. The resort is beautiful and the rooms of a very high standard. The infinity pool has amazing views, although getting a sun chair was sometimes difficult. Breakfast was excellent. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we feel it was great value for money." |
