"Difficulty in communicating with hotel staff. They do not speak or understand simple English at all, so got problem in communicating with them. That is very frustrating.We have booked transport to Hotel in advance, but hotel transport did not turn up at the airport to pick us up, even though we have already given our arrival time to them and we waited for almost one hour for the transport to arrive. "A nice quiet resort. Friendly and helpful staff. There are a row of stalls for food if you dislike hotel food. However, it is a little away from the town centre. Need to take a tuk-tuk.The check in was one of the fastest i had experienced - less than 15 seconds!" | ||
"The location was not near to the old city or main town area but it is just right infront of the beach. Not a problem to access to the old city or town area. There are a lot of restaurant just outside the resort. However the receptionist was not so friendly. They should smile more. The breakfast spread was simple. No towels available at the pool side. Overall is ok. The resort is expanding and I supposed the new rooms will be better!" | ||
